Valentine Farm grows Certified organic produce in central Vermont. Mark Cannella moved to Vermont in 2001 and has been involved in many aspects of agriculture ever since. His wife and daughters help him plant, harvest and consume his products. We broke ground in 2013 with our move to new land in East Montpelier, VT.

Our passion for farming and our farm name stems from the influence of Mark’s grandfather, Willis Valentine Miller. Grandpa Miller had a habit of growing things on the original family land from the early 1930’s until his passing in 2004. He also had a habit of painting on his barns. How else could we connect dinosaurs and dragons with vegetable production?!
